CardLocker Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion of your CardLocker account and associated data.

Steps to Request Deletion
  1. Send an email to Clockeradmin@clockerllc.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include the email address registered to your CardLocker account so we can identify it.
  3. Our support team will confirm receipt within 48 hours and process your request within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Data That Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data associated with your CardLocker account is permanently removed:

  • Account profile and authentication credentials
  • Personal card collection, folders, and card images
  • Wishlist items and tracked sets
  • Inventory locations and movement history
  • Trade requests, messages, and ratings
  • Notifications and favorites
  • API keys and feedback submissions
  • Subscription and billing records (where legally permitted)
Data Retention & Exceptions

The following data may be retained for the periods noted, where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction & billing records: retained for up to 7 years as required by financial and tax regulations.
  • Fraud prevention & security logs: retained for up to 90 days after deletion to protect against abuse.
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics: data that has been de-identified is kept indefinitely, as it can no longer be linked to you.

Partial data deletion: You don't have to delete your entire account. Email Clockeradmin@clockerllc.com with the subject "Partial Data Deletion Request" and specify which data you'd like removed (for example: trade history, messages, wishlist, or inventory records). We will process your request within 30 days while keeping your account active.
