Use your own AI with your locker

Already use ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant? Connect it to CardLocker and ask about your collection in your own words, like "What are my most valuable cards?" or "Which sets am I closest to finishing?" You sign in with your CardLocker account, and your assistant can only see and change your own locker.

How it's different from AI Advisor

AI Advisor is built into CardLocker and works right here. Connect AI Assistant is for collectors who'd rather use the AI tool they already have.

Good to know

Your assistant can make changes to your locker, including deleting cards, so review what it plans to do before saying yes. You can disconnect it anytime from your AI tool's settings.

MCP Server URL

Copy this URL into your AI client when it asks for the server endpoint.

Set up Claude

  1. Open Claude and go to your profile menu (top right).
  2. Choose Settings, then Connectors.
  3. Click "Add custom connector."
  4. Give it a name (for example, "CardLocker") and paste the server URL below.
  5. Click Add. Claude will open CardLocker's consent page — sign in with your CardLocker account and approve access.

One last step: approve access

CardLocker's MCP server uses your own account for access. After you paste the URL, your AI client opens our consent page — sign in with your CardLocker account and approve. The assistant only ever acts as you, using the permissions your account already has.

We occasionally add new tools. If your assistant stops seeing the latest tools, refresh or reconnect the connector in your client so it reloads the tool list.
